NOTICE TO BIDDERS

In accordance with Chapter 193 of the Acts and Resolves of 2004, an Act Further Regulating Public Construction in the Commonwealth, and M.G.L. Chapter 149, the City of Woburn, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from pre-qualified filed subcontractors and pre-qualified general contractors for the WOBURN FIRE STATION 4, in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Dinisco Design, Inc., 99 Chauncy Street, Suite 901, Boston, MA 02111.
The project consists of a new 11,000 SF fire station building and related site work. The estimated value of the General Contract is $10,600,000.

Deposit for Bid Documents: Certified Treasurer’s or Cashier’s Check for $500.00 per set, payable to City of Woburn.
To mail bid documents, also include a separate check (company check is acceptable) in the amount of $75.00 per set, payable to Andrew T. Johnson Co., Inc. Additional sets may be purchased at the same office for $500.00, payable by certified treasurer’s check or cashier’s check to the CITY OF WOBURN.

Bid documents will also be available at no cost online at atjplanroom.com. Go to www.atjplanroom.com; click on Public Jobs then the project name. Drawings and Specifications will be available to view and download. To download you must register for a free account, which will place you on the plan holder’s list to receive addendums when issued.

A Pre-Bid Conference shall take place Wednesday, 20 August 2025 at 10:00 AM at the project site, 38 Central Street, Woburn, Massachusetts.
