The Town of Belmont Massachusetts, by and through the Belmont High School Building Committee, invites sealed bids from Pre-Qualified Contractors for the Belmont High School Project – Early Sitework Enabling, Select Demolition & MEP Relocation, located at 221 Concord Avenue. Belmont, MA.,
The Early Sitework Enabling, Select Demolition, and MEP Relocation work is a portion of the four-year renovation and expansion of the Belmont High School into a four-floor, 450,000 square foot building for grades 7-12. The building will include new academic classrooms, science wings, media areas, dining areas, administrative areas, and health suites. The Early Sitework Enabling, Select Demolition and MEP Relocation scope involves work around the existing Field House, Small Gym, Pool, Locker Room, and Boiler Room areas with an estimated value of $1,500,000.00 that includes Pre-Qualified Sub-Bid Packages for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Roofing. The remaining construction and sitework for the new Belmont High School will require separate prequalification and bidding of Trade Contractors.
Each Trade Contractor may obtain one paper copy of the drawings and specifications with a non-refundable fee of $100 in the form of cash or a check made payable to the Town of Belmont at:

Copies may also be shipped to prospective bidders for an additional non-refundable charge of $50 made out to Andrew T. Johnson Co. for each copy to cover handling and mailing fees.
