Sharon Fire Department Building Demolition
The estimated cost of construction is $400,000.00
A pre-bid walkthrough will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 9:00 am. Meeting will be at the building’s main entrance located at 92 South Main Street in Sharon, MA.
In general the project includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the selective demolition of the abandoned Sharon Fire Department Building located at 92 South Main Street in Sharon, MA. New work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of the existing building in its entirety including, but not limited to, foundation system and slab-on-grade. Work to also include, but not be limited to, removal and cutting and capping of existing utilities.

There is a plan deposit of $25.00 per set (maximum of 2 sets) payable to the Town of Sharon. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of the general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority.
Bidders requesting bidding documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $15.00 per set for UPS Ground, non-refundable payable to Andrew T Johnson Co. Inc., to cover mail handling costs.
