The Town of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, acting through its School Committee, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Athletic Field Improvements at the North Attleboro High School located at 1 Wilson Whitty Way, North Attleboro, MA 02760, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. 416 Slater Road, P.O. Box 2590, New Britain, CT 06050-2590.
All bids for this Project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, M.G.L., c.30, §§ 39F – 39R, as amended and c.149, §§ 44A through 44J inclusive and c.149, §§26 through 27D inclusive and C.193 of the Acts of 2004.
Sealed bids shall be submitted on a form furnished by the Awarding Authority and clearly identified as a bid, endorsed with the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project, General Bid and submitted to:

and received no later than the times set forth below, when they will forthwith be publicly opened and read aloud at this location.
Sealed bids for the General Contract will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Friday August 25, 2017.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the North Attleboro High School site, 1 Wilson Whitty Way, North Attleboro, MA 02760.

Each General Bidder may obtain complete sets of the Bidding Documents, after 12:00 P.M.. local time, on Monday, August 7, 2017. Bidding documents will also be made available at

MAILED DIRECTLY to Andrew T. Johnson Company, Inc. in the amount of $30.00 for UPS Ground Service. Documents will be mailed UPS Ground service in the Continental United States. If mailing is outside of the Continental United States, additional fees will apply.
