The Town of Plainville Massachusetts, acting through its Building Committee, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the construction of the New Plainville town hall and Public Safety Complex located at 190 South Street, Plainville, MA 02762, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. 325 Foxborough Boulevard Suite 100, Foxborough, MA 02035.
In order to be eligible and responsible to bid on this project, General Bidders and filed sub-bidders shall have been approved for Pre-Qualification and notified to bid, except for Elevator sub-bidders, which is a non- Pre-Qualified sub-trade, and shall submit with their bid a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management, DCAM (formerly the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, DCPO), together with an Update Statement as required by M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44D.
Sealed bids for the sub-trades designated below will be received until 2:00 P.M., on May 15, 2017
Sealed bids for the General Contract will be received until 2:00 P.M., on May 24, 2017
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 3, 2017, 2:00 PM. local time at the proposed site located at 190 South Street, Plainville, MA 02762.
