The Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical School District invites sealed bids for the Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School New Engineering Labs at 147 Pond Street, Franklin, Massachusetts in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Knight, Bagge & Anderson, Inc., 6 Thirteenth Street, Charlestown, Massachusetts.
General Project Description: The work of this Contract includes Renovate existing industrial arts shop into (2) new engineering labs, offices and closets. Renovate (2) toilet rooms to bring into compliance with MAAB requirements.

• Estimated Construction Cost: $ 850,000

There is a plan deposit of $75.00 per set (maximum 2 sets) made payable to the Tri County Regional Vocational Technical School District.

Deposits must be in the form of a certified or cashiers check. The deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general contractors and one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the awarding authority.

Bidders requesting documents to be mailed, shall include a separate check, (company, certified, or money order) made out to Andrew T. Johnson Co in the amount of $50.00 for UPS Ground service.

Pre-Bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM. local time at 147 Pond Street, Franklin, MA. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
